This progression is an advanced combination that builds off Parts 1 through 3. Emphasis is still on beating players laterally. You will need to perfect the first progressions before you master Part 4.
Set up | 4 cones 1 step apart from each other
3 Sets | 1:00 at max effort | 30 seconds rest
Working on your lateral touches is a great way to build confidence in tight spaces. Often times we need to beat players to the side (laterally) if we are not dribbling at speed already. If you want to make it a Challenge, see how many times you can complete the footwork in 1:00. Then, try to beat it and track your high score!
Hit the details then bring the speed. Tag us @perfecttouchsoccer on Instagram and Facebook to showcase your skills!
