Cushion Touch Basics Part 2 simulates receiving the ball over the shoulder. This could be a long ball that you need to bring down while making a run or recovering on defense to quickly get out of pressure. Remember, a Cushion Touch allows you to get the ball back on the ground so you can attack on the dibble, pass, or shoot. When mastered, you will feel like you have more time on the ball to see the field.
Spend as much time on the basics so you become consistent. This training video is just the start!
